| General Description
ZJC2012 is low noise, low power consumption, 16-bit pseudo differential SAR ADC with throughput up to 250 kSPS. The part is available in small package and easy to use. It can reduce the power consumption and complexity of the system, thus achieve high density designs.
ZJC2012 requires 5 V of power supply to sample the analog input voltage between IN+ and IN- ranging from 0 V to VREF (VREF: 0.5 V to VDD). The reference voltage of ZJC2012 is provided externally, and can be set up to the supply voltage. Utilizing the independent VIO pin, ZJC2012 can be compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V logic interface. The part provides one SPI-compatible serial port and also supports daisy-chain operation for serial cascading of multiple devices.
ZJC2012 is available in 10-lead MSOP/DFN and 8-lead MSOP packages. The operating temperature is -40 °C to +85 °C. ZJC2012 series is pin compatible with industry standard parts.
