| General Description

 

The ZJC2100-16 is a 4-channel, 16-bit, fully differential input SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It operates up to 500 kSPS from a single power supply.

 

The ZJC2100-16 contains a 16-bit SAR ADC with no missing codes, a 4-channel, low crosstalk multiplexer to configure the inputs as single-ended, pseudo differential unipolar or bipolar; an internal low drift reference (selectable 2.5 V or 4.096 V) and reference driver; a temperature sensor; a selectable one-pole filter; and a digital sequencer which is useful for channels being continuously scanned in order.

 

The ZJC2100-16 uses a SPI interface for writing configuration register and receiving conversion codes. The digital interface uses a separate supply, VIO, which should be set to the host logic level.

 

ZJC2100-16 is available in 20-lead QFN packages. It is pin compatible with industry standard parts.
