| General Description

The ZJA3236 and ZJA3237 are low-cost, rail-to rail input and output, single-supply amplifiers featuring low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, low input voltage, and low current noise. The parts use a proprietary trimming technique that achieves precision without zero-drift glitches. The ZJA3236 and ZJA3237 are operational from 2.7 V to 5.5 V single or dual supply.

Applications for the parts include audio amplification for portable devices and multi-pole filters, portable and low power instrumentation. The ability to operate rail-to-rail both at the input and at the output enables designers to buffer ADCs, DACs, ASICs, and other wide output swing devices in single-supply systems.

The combination of 22 MHz bandwidth, low power, low noise, and low input bias current makes these amplifiers useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and high impedance sensors all benefit from the combination of these features. AC applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion.

ZJA3236-1 and ZJA3237 are available in 5-lead SOT23 package. ZJA3236-2 is available in 8-lead narrow SOIC and MSOP packages. ZJA3236-4 is available in 14-lead narrow SOIC and TSSOP packages. All of them are specified over the  -40 °C to +125 °C temperature range.
